CULINARY CREATORS
Overview
As the driving force behind the Culinary Creator's Project, I conceived and developed a global event series that celebrates groundbreaking chefs in the food and beverage industry. This initiative provides Square-powered spaces for these culinary visionaries to showcase their creations to a global audience. The inaugural dinner, strategically timed during Juneteenth, unfolded in Los Angeles in partnership with the acclaimed South LA black-owned restaurant, Post and Beam. This event featured a unique collaboration between resident Chef John and Food Network star Chef Kwame Onwuachi, resulting in a one-night-only culinary experience that captivated attendees.
The series continued with its second installment in New York, partnering with the culinary collective Ghetto Gastro to celebrate their best-selling book, "Black Power Kitchen." To mark the book launch, we created a pop-up restaurant during the annual CultureCon event. These events seamlessly blended music, art, fashion, and food, sparking meaningful conversations and significantly boosting brand awareness.
